Leadership that evolves people, systems, and strategy.

I help leaders and organizations design talent systems that are as strategic as they are human, connecting maturity, culture, accountability, and sustainable change.

About Cintia

I design leadership systems that grow people, not just performance.

Cintia Stoehr profile portrait

For over 20 years, I have worked across global organizations at the intersection of people, performance, and purpose. My career spans major HR disciplines, from labor relations and organization design to executive coaching and enterprise transformation.

As a multicultural leader and PhD candidate in Organizational Development and Change, I bring practical experience and research-based insight to leadership maturity, systems thinking, and sustainable talent strategy.

I believe leadership is not static. It is a system in motion, one that evolves people, culture, and execution in unison.
